Moyveela, Oranmore New Build House

Project Description: This project involved the construction of a new build 2350sq,ft modern design 2 storey house. This house is located in Moyveela, Oranmore. The finishes were of a high standard with triple glazed windows and doors, natural sandstone cladding, granite window sills. Precast flooring to first floors. External hard landscaping including concrete paving, kerbing. Internal finishes were of a high standard oak staircase, oak joinery, oak flooring and polished porcelain floor and wall tiling.

Mechanical features included geothermal heating system and a mechanical ventilation system.
